It appears to be a hot-bulb-type single cylinder semi- diesel tractor in the style of a Lanz Bulldog.
It’s not a Field Marshal, due to the stack location, but I’m not sure it’s a Lanz...
It might be an SFV... France, and Africa and all... but the SFV’s have pretty distinctive sty ling.
Could be a Landini... The Italians made lots of machines like that.
I think it appears to have a four letter name on the front, which makes sense as a LANZ, but it could be any number of machines like it.

ooh, I think you’ve got it, the flywheel looks right too. It might be a licence-built or CKD version for the African market, as the faring is a bit different.

Well, certainly a hot bulb engine and doesn't look like a Lanz so something similar but French.
